Soares, Kawananakoa

I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i. I am Samoan, German, and Filipino. I have been playing baseball since I was three years old. I have one older brother named Makoa and a younger sister named Destany. My parents are Tasha Fabinal and Jacky Kamohai. When I’m home on the Big Island, I love to go to the beach, spearfish, fish, and hang out with family and friends. 1st team all conference catcher this past season and finished 2nd for all conference MVP. 2023 with Cabrillo College: Played in 35 games, had a .368 AVG with 236 AB’s. Slugged 50 hits, 34 RBI’s, and a home run with only 7 strikeouts. 2022 with Cabrillo College: Hit for .286 with 40 hits in 37 games.
