ARCATA — Humboldt Crabs had no trouble on offense today, winning big over Valley Bears 11-1 on a rainy Friday night at the Arcata ballark in front of a crowd more than 400.

Humboldt Crabs got things started in the first inning when Connor Blair singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Humboldt Crabs scored four runs in the seventh inning.  Chase LarsenJackson Kritch, and Kokko Figueiredo all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Alex Pham got the win for Humboldt Crabs. He surrendered one run on four hits over seven innings, striking out 15 and walking zero.

Tyshawn Bradford took the loss for Valley Bears. He went three innings, allowing six runs on four hits and walking one.

Humboldt Crabs had five hits in the game.  Bronson Grubbs and Figueiredo each racked up multiple hits for Humboldt Crabs.  Figueiredo and Grubbs all had two hits to lead Humboldt Crabs.
