EUREKA (June 6, 2010) — Sunday marked the debut of a new segment on KIEM News Channel 3's Sunday evening newscast, and it's all about the Crabs!
Crabs Corner, hosted by Phil Milani, spends a few minutes every Sunday looking back at the week that was in Crabs Land, featuring interviews, game highlights, trivia and more. You can even win Crabs tickets by correctly answering the week's trivia question.
The first guest on Crabs Corner was Crabs President Matt Filar, who talked about how hard the Board of Directors work during the offseason to make Crabs Baseball possible, and how exciting it is to see all that work pay off when Opening Day finally arrives.
In the future, look for players and coaches to join Milani on the field and in the studio for more insight on Crabs baseball. Crabs Corner airs every Sunday during News Channel 3's 6:30 and 11 p.m. broadcasts, and video clips of Crabs Corner will also be available at KIEM-TV.com.
