Youth Baseball Camps for Boys & Girls

The Crabs will offer four youth camp sessions for the 8-14 age group, as well as an advanced camp session for kids 12-15. The cost for all camps will be $85 per child, with discounts available for families with multiple children attending. The fee includes an authentic Crabs Baseball Camp T-shirt, a youth season pass and ten adult tickets. Camp size is limited to the first 90 registrants (15 for the advanced camp) so sign up now!

Advanced Camp
July 5 - 8— Arcata Ballpark

All camps run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Camp Fees:

Just $85 per session (or $70 per week for each additional week session for same camper)! You will enjoy a great week with the best baseball players in Humboldt County, an authentic Humboldt Crabs Camp T-shirt, one youth season pass to ALL Crabs home games, and a strip of 10 adult tickets. It's a great deal - the ticket package alone is worth the price! Additional family member fees are as follows: second child is $70 and any additional children are only $60 each. Please complete a separate form for each child. All forms must be submitted at the same time in order to take advantage of reduced rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Reduced price for additional camp or family member does not include camp t-shirt or ticket strip. Ticket strips are limited to one per family regardless of number of camp enrollments purchased. Remember, all enrollments must be submitted at the same time in order to qualify for the discount.

Youth Camp

Youth Camp is for boys & girls, age 8-14, who want to learn all defensive positions and have a chance to play, learn and improve at the position of their choice. Baseball offense, hitting, bunting, and base running, is taught from the ground up. Teamwork, sportsmanship, and communication are stressed. Group instruction, game situations, team games and practice with pitching machines are some of the activities the camper will experience.

Senior Advanced Camp

Senior Advanced Camp is for the serious players who want help with their batting, pitching, or other skills they feel need improvement. The minimum age for this camp is 12 years. This camp is designed to help the player make the transition from Little League to Babe Ruth. Only 15 campers will be admitted for this session.

Humboldt Crabs Baseball is pleased to announce Mike Jordt will be returning as Crabs Camp Director. Mike was the assistant camp director and asssistant coach for the Crabs in 2009.

Click here to download the Crabs Camp Registration Form. From there, just print, fill out and mail with payment to the Crabs PO box as instructed. You can also pick up and drop off Registration Forms at:

• Rays Food Place in McKinleyville, Arcata, Eureka, and Fortuna
• The California Welcome Center/Arcata Chamber of Commerce and Solo Sports in Arcata The Times Standard and Eureka Chamber of Commerce in Eureka.

However you register, a youth season pass and strip of 10 adult tickets will be mailed to you with a letter of confirmation camp registration.
